Restore and Renew October 14 - 16

Recently there has been much attention given by scientists, medical experts and educators to the healing power of nature. Time spent in the beautiful outdoors has been proven to boost immune response, reduce stress and anxiety, increase positive mood, decrease the effects of depression, and increase creativity and productivity.
The list of benefits is impressive.

The Enneagram and Your Transformation
November 18 - 20

The Enneagram is a psychological, spiritual, and somatic tool to support our transformation and growth, and in recent years has gained tremendous popularity - for good reason! This weekend retreat includes six sessions designed for those hearing about the Enneagram for the first time, and for those who are much more familiar with this tool. We'll explore core principles that everyone should know when working with the Enneagram (and often over-looked), more about all nine types as a way to uncover our own thinking and feeling patterns that restrict our flourishing, and we'll look at spiritual practices that support each type.

$495 per person (double room) (includes 5 meals)
$595 per person (single room; limited) (includes 5 meals)
$350 commuter rate (includes Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch)

6 sessions including A deeper look into all 9 types, Working with our Fears & Habits of Attention, The Journey to Wholeness and Spiritual practices and the Enneagram.
